I finally got a wok, and I’m doing a LIVE wok unboxing & review! Going to to test it out with a stir-fry right on the air. And you can ask me stuff! Enough with the small frying pan…it’s time to become a big boy!
My new wok is the Joyce Chen Lightweight Cast Iron Wok (link below). Supposedly it’s good for using with a glass-top electric stove. (Some say the best?)
