Recipe is below:
CANTONESE GRILLED TOFU WITH PRAWNS AND PORK
1 package tofu block
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped ginger
8 to 10 prawns, chopped
6 oz. ground pork
1/4 cup chopped green onions
In a bowl, put in garlic, ginger, prawns, ground pork and green onions. Mix well. Cut tofu into wedges. If you like, you can cut tofu onto square shape or rectangular shape, about 1/2 inch thick.
Preheat a frying opan at medium to medium high heat. Add cooking oil. Grill each tofu piece for about 2 to 3 minutes. Turn over and grill other sides of the tofu for 2 to 3 more minutes.
Serve on a nice plate. Top with Chinese oyster sauce if you like. Enjoy!
